The new Riu Palace Kukulkan Hotel made its debut in November 2022 offering an elevated experience in Cancun's popular hotel zone.
The adults-only, all-inclusive resort is sophisticated with a relaxing atmosphere, oceanfront views and upgraded features as well as the all-new Elite Club by RIU.
The resort now offers an exciting mixologist at the lobby bar with a daily signature drink. A new burger bar is located by the pool and there is a new wine menu at the resort.
Rooms feature upgraded bedding and new in-room television casting allowing guests to stream their favorite content from their devices. A new room service menu provides more options and vegetarian selections.
Guests can elevate their experience further with the new Elite Club by RIU.
The benefits of this program include premium room locations, access to exclusive Premium branded drinks at the "Daiquiri" Lobby Bar and Lounge Bar, an upgraded in-room liquor dispenser with premium brands, an upgraded minibar with snacks and a bottle of wine as well as in-room aromatherapy.
Elite Club guests also receive confirmed late checkout until 1 p.m. and early check-in if available. They receive an exclusive welcome gift, can use a dedicated check-in area and wear an elite wristband. Elite guests can also make dinner reservations for the a-la-carte restaurants.

Elite Club has select room categories, including Jr. Suite ocean view - Elite Club, Jr. Suite ocean front view - Elite Club and Suite ocean view - Elite Club.
The resort also offers Jr. Suite with a partial sea view, Jr. Suite Courtyard View and Jr. Suite with sea view rooms that are available for regular guests.

While at the resort, guests will find many activities available to them. There are four outdoor swimming pools with sun terraces and a swim-up bar. Guests can keep up with their fitness at the gym. The resort hosts a full roster of fun daytime entertainment, and guests can enjoy live music, shows and performances at night.
In addition, if they are not busy enough exploring all that the Mexican Caribbean has to offer, guests have access to the facilities of the RIU hotels in the Cancun area, located around three miles away.
