Posadas unveiled a booking platform and mobile app – Fiesta Americana Travelty – for brands in Mexico and the Dominican Republic.
The Amadeus software-backed web platform and app will offer guests access to Posadas’ nine brands and 190 resorts, including the Fiesta Americana Travelty Collection, formerly known as La Colección Resorts by Fiesta Americana, which encompasses Live Aqua, Grand Fiesta Americana, Curamoria Collection, Fiesta Americana and The Explorean.
“The new platforms offer both ease of booking for guests and investment synergies for hotels,” Posadas said. “With the launch, Posadas aims to increase direct bookings on digital channels by 50 percent and generate 75 percent of reservations on their own booking channels.”
Guests will be able to “book and manage accommodations, culinary experiences, destination activities, entertainment, transportation, and more, all in one place,” the company added.
The booking platform will also connect with Posadas’ Fiesta Rewards loyalty program.
Additionally, guests will be privy to a range of savings opportunities, such as complimentary airport transfers, resort credits and spa concessions.
