On the cusp of introducing five new all-inclusive Caribbean properties, Royalton Luxury Resorts has been honored with a trio of Golden Apple Awards at Apple Vacations' annual ceremony held on Sept. 12. Joining Royalton Punta Cana that hauled in its third consecutive award are first time winners Royalton Riviera Cancun and Royalton White Sands.
The "people's choice" distinction is based on the multi-faceted Apple Vacations Satisfaction questionnaire filled out by travelers upon completion of their Apple vacation. Only those properties receiving an average score of 83 or higher are eligible to receive the honor.

Royalton Riviera Cancun and its sister Hideaway at Royalton Riviera Cancun are also gaining distinction among that destination's all-inclusives with the new C/X Culinary Experience. Adult guests can graze on superb cuisine at the exclusive private chef's table for $80 USD per person. The Hideaway at Royalton Riviera is an adults-only retreat, while Royalton Riviera Cancun is also welcomes families.
"C/X Culinary Experience is already successful at CHIC Punta Cana by Royalton Luxury Resorts, and based on guest satisfaction, we've opened this artisanal concept here," says Francisco Jorge, general manager of Royalton Riviera Cancun. "This chef's table is where dining transforms into art with its presentation and flavor, and I'm certain our guests will enjoy this premium experience."
Prepared in an open kitchen, cuisine is served in ceremonial style that transports each guest through seven courses that are each presented with its own musical soundtrack.
The fare affair begins with a choice of Yellowfin Tuna, Foie Gras, King Crab served Acapulco style or Duck Magret in a Tamarind Glaze. Following Pumpkin Blossoms and Sorbet to cleanse the palate, the cuisine adventure continues with Sea Bass a la talla, Sea Scallops on Truffle Oil Risotto or Black Angus tenderloin. A Chocolate Course signals the grand finale.
Nightly rates at the Royalton Riviera Cancun are from $151 USD per person, with Hideaway rates starting at $180 USD per person.

The latter two will feature Hideaway at Royalton "hotels within hotels" offering an adults-only resort experience for guests 18 years and older.
With 166 and 94 suites respectively, the Hideaway duo will further indulge with each accommodations' signature handcrafted DreamBed, electronic safe, satellite television, mini-bar, rain showers and around-the-clock room service. Other touches include butler and concierge service, plus complimentary afternoon hors d'oeuvres in the adults-only pool and beach areas, upgraded room service and in-room premium amenities.
