Northern Ireland's highly anticipated Titanic Hotel Belfast is officially open for business.
The new $37 million luxury hotel features unparalleled access to the Harland & Wolff Drawing Offices and Headquarters, along with Belfast's decorated shipbuilding history.
What's more, the brand new accommodations feature 360-degree views of the coveted Quarter.
The 119-room hotel has transformed the decades-old drawing offices into the hotel's bar and ballroom. Harland Bar now occupies one of the offices at the front of the hotel while the other is being used to house the hotel's ballroom and heritage experience. Other highlights include the 166-seat The Wolff Grill.
According to the Belfast Telegraph, heritage spaces that were preserved include the telephone exchange, board room, directors' entrance, lobby and former directors' offices.
The hotel's telephone exchange received the first communication of the Titanic hitting the iceberg in April 1912.
Looking ahead, the first drawing office will host a temporary, six-week exhibition telling the story of the conservation and construction of the buildings and hotel. Afterwards, daily tours will showcase the property's heritage features.
The hotel's opening comes on the heels of Titanic Belfast earning the title of Best European Attraction at the 2016 World Travel Awards last fall. The nearby maritime museum has hosted millions of visitors since opening in 2012, affirming the destination's appeal to both domestic and international travelers alike.
"To be finally ready to open this historical and authentic hotel is another mark in the history of Queen's Island. Titanic Hotel Belfast is a hub of heritage and legacy, and we're delighted to open the doors to the public and our first guests today," John Doherty, Creative Director at Harcourt Developments, told the Telegraph.
"Where one of Northern Ireland's biggest commercial ventures once stood over 100 years ago, now stands a fitting tribute and another fantastic venture to shine a light on what was the largest shipyard in the world," added Kerrie Sweeney, of the Titanic Foundation, via the Telegraph.

The hotel is already at "exceptionally high occupancy" for its first week, so visitors to Northern Ireland will want to put their reservation in soon.
