Beaches
Resorts has just officially expanded its footprint in Turks
and Caicos with the debut of Treasure
Beach Village, a $150 million addition to Beaches Turks & Caicos set
along the powdery sands of Grace Bay Beach.
Located on the
resort’s west end, the new oceanfront enclave introduces 101 multi-bedroom
suites, fresh dining concepts and onsite experiences designed with spending quality
time together as a family in mind.
Unique Suites
for Families
Treasure Beach
Village leans heavily into spacious, family-friendly, all-inclusive accommodations.
Among the most dazzling are the CrystalSky 4-Bedroom Reserve Villas,
three-story oceanfront residences spanning more than 2,600 square feet each.
They sleep up to 10 guests and feature private pools and rooftop decks complete
with telescopes for stargazing nights.
The two-story Chairman’s
Penthouse Suite stretches over 2,800 square feet and also accommodates up
to 10 guests across three bedrooms, featuring a dramatic staircase that links its
ample living areas.
Meanwhile, Oceanview
Two-Story Suites come in two- and three-bedroom layouts, with contemporary
bunk beds, breezy dining nooks and indoor-outdoor living rooms designed to bring
in the balmy Caribbean breeze. Oceanview and Penthouse Suites Concierge
Suites sleep up to six guests across two bedrooms, and feature large baths
and playful bunk configurations. Throughout the village, a color palette of turquoise,
coral and sandy neutrals mirrors the tropical seascape that sits just steps
away.

Six New Dining
Concepts
Treasure Beach
Village adds six new places to eat, including the first-ever Butch's Island
Chop House at a Beaches property. Named in honor of Sandals
Resorts founder Gordon “Butch” Stewart, the steakhouse serves dry age
steaks, fresh seafood and elevated cocktails for adults, including a
mini-martini menu.
Another first for
the brand is Pinta Food Hall, an international-cuisine concept with four
culinary stations offering everything from tacos and Asian stir-fries to
Italian fare and an à la carte grill. It even features Beaches’ first-ever live
churro station, which is a guaranteed hit with kids.
Coffee lovers can
start their mornings at BRÜ Coffee Bar, which pours Jamaica’s iconic
Blue Mountain coffee by day and transitions into a craft cocktail lounge at
night.

Pools, Movies
and Water Park Access
At the heart of
the new village is a 15,000-square-foot lagoon-style pool with three
whirlpools, a waterslide and a splash zone for younger guests. In the midst of
it all, swim-up bar keeps provides a social spot for all ages, while Calypso
Cones dishes out refreshing snow cones poolside.
Treasure Beach
also introduces the brand’s first Starfish Cinema, a 32-seat theater showing
sitcoms during the day and family movie nights in the evening, with popcorn and
refreshments included.
Guests staying in
the new village area still enjoy full access to the larger Beaches Turks and
Caicos resort, including 28 additional dining venues, the 45,000-square-foot
Pirates Island Water Park, unlimited land and water sports, daily entertainment
lineups and supervised Kids Camps.
A New Chapter
for Beaches
The launch of Treasure
Beach Village signals the beginning of a new era for Beaches Resorts, which plans
to invest nearly $1 billion to expand its footprint across the Caribbean in the
coming years. The brand intends to deliver more space, more flexibility and
more opportunities for families to make unforgettable memories together in Exuma,
The Bahamas; Jamaica; Barbados; and Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.
Rates at Treasure
Beach Village start at $1,060 per person, per night, with children’s rates
beginning at $47 per night. A limited-time Treasure Beach Grand Opening Offer
also provides up to $500 in instant credits for select stays booked in the enclave
by May 31, 2026.
