Leading travel planning and booking, Priceline launched a new suite of booking tools and enhancements, including the expanded use of artificial intelligence, called Trip Intelligence, which launched for everyone on June 28, 2023.
Priceline’s Trip Intelligence offers forty improvements and features to the website and app, such as Penny, a generative AI travel assistant, which travelers can use to obtain accurate information and book hotel stays directly through the chatbot.
Other new or updated features include the following:
— New Neighborhood Intel Features offer travelers new tools and filters to find distances from attractions and their hotel, neighborhood ratings, weather updates and more.
— Families can now enjoy more family friendly filters and reviews for travelers planning family or group family travel, based upon the specific needs that these travel types typically have.
— Travelers who use Priceline to book their stays often can now also find a dynamic list of hotel recommendations tailored from your travel history.
— Priceline users can now rebook their flights using airline credit directly on the website or app, making it easier than ever before to quickly change flights when travel plans unexpectedly change.
