Collette is inviting travel advisors to experience its tours personally next year with an expanded Travel Advisor Reward Program, which rewards advisors each time they make a sale.
Travel advisors can join the reward program provided they have an active IATA membership. Once a part of the program, travel advisors will earn 50 percent off land trips up to $2,000, plus 25 percent off a companion up to $1,000 for trips 150 days or less. Advisors will also receive 10 percent off airfare.
As they book more trips, they’ll receive more discounts: the highest, for those who book 50 or more tours with Collette, is 100 percent off a land trip up to $5,000 and half off a companion up to $2,500.
The earning period is one calendar year, from January 1 through December 31. Travelers will have the rest of the year as well as the next year to redeem.
Advisors who have earned their discounted trips can redeem them for select departures like the “Wilderness of South Africa,” “Japan: Past & Present,” or “Discover Croatia” itineraries.
The program is just one of the ways Collette has been improving and advancing its work with travel advisors. In September, it launched the Encompass Campaign, which included a new travel advisor portal, training program, resource guide and booking platform.
"Our advisors are such a big part of what we do each and every day," said Christian Leibl-Cote, executive vice president of global sales at Collette. "We developed this program as a way to help them grow their business with Collette. As they book more travelers on Collette's tours, they'll save even more on their own Collette tour and experience the product to garner even more business growth."
