ShoreTrips receives Best Shore Excursions Gold, Best Tour Operator Website Gold and a Silver at the annual Travvy Awards where travel industry leaders are recognized as an innovator in the industry.
The Travvy Awards-known as the Academy Awards of the travel industry-were held Wednesday, January 23, 2019, at Gotham Hall in New York City. The awards recognize the highest standards of excellence in the travel industry by honoring travel companies, travel products, travel agencies and destinations for their outstanding achievement.
Barry and Julie Karp, co-owners of ShoreTrips, accepted the award for two Gold and a silver Travvy for best shore excursions, best tour operator website and best tour reservation team as voted by North American travel agents.
"It's an honor to be named a Gold Travvy Awards winner for Best Shore Excursion for the 4th year in a row, especially as our win was determined by those who know us best: travel agents and their clients," said Barry Karp, co-owner of ShoreTrips.
"These awards are a testament to ShoreTrips commitment to providing the best personally tested local excursions all over the world."
ShoreTrips provides smaller, unique excursions that emphasize connecting the traveler with the location which makes for a more personalized experience and brings customers back.
