Lomas Travel, a destinations management company that has been in operation in the Mexican Caribbean for nearly 40 years, has partnered with Classic Vacations.
Access to the company's transfers and excursions, as well as other services, are now available through Classic.
"Classic Vacations is very excited to have Lomas, and the great products and reputation of the Martinez family, as a choice for our customers for both group and FIT travel," said David Hu, president of Classic Vacations.
"Dolores, Joe, and their team have a tremendously loyal following in the travel agent community. We are thrilled to announce this partnership with Lomas," Hu added.
The news comes after Funjet Vacations, previously a division of the Mark Travel Corporation, discontinued its relationship with Lomas after its acquisition by Apple Leisure Group in May of this year.
While Classic will now offer Lomas' services, its primary provider in Mexico remains Mayaland Tours, which is celebrating 100 years of service.
"Classic's long relationship with Mayaland has helped as we continue to collaborate on many new offerings. Ultimately, adding Lomas provides another dimension to Classic's portfolio and allows Travel Advisors to make the choice that works best for them," said Hu.
