The Anguilla Tourist Board is teaming with island restaurants to offer island-wide "Prix Fixe Summer" three-course tasting menus at several island restaurants. Also available discounted deals at select Anguillan resorts, hotels and villas. Prix fixe meals are available in $35, $40 and $45 increments from Blanchards, CuisinArt Resort & Spa's Cafe Mediterraneo and The Old Caribe at the Anguilla Great House ($45); Cote Mer (also featuring a $25 lunch menu); E's Oven, Kuyah at Ku Resort on Shoal Bay, Mahi Mahi Restaurant at Sirena Resort, Ripples and Tasty's ($40); and Roy's Bayside Grill ($35). In addition 12 Anguillan hotels and resort properties are offering special discounts ranging from a wide variety of free-nights deals to packages specially designed for families and include a free rental car.
