Renderings Show New Renovations Coming to George Strait's Texas Resort

George Strait is a co-owner with business partner Tom Cusick of the Boerne, Texas getaway Tapatio Springs Hill Country Resort. Unfortunately, the resort suffered from a fire just two years ago that decimated parts of the property including the clubhouse. But Tapatio Springs is on the comeback and plans to open even better than before on October 1, 2019.

The country resort is made for guests and locals alike and features a golf course, clubhouse, restaurant and bar area, golf shop, fitness center and newly renovated guestrooms. Tapatio Springs Hill is perfect for weddings, company functions, even business meetings and those that just want a golf or wellness getaway. All located on 220 acres in the Texas hill country, it's easy to see how George Strait himself fell in love with the property.

Check-in at the main lobby and get ready for you golf and wellness escape. Featuring a large open area so guests will never feel crowded and plenty of seating to relax after traveling.

The Clubhouse is massive at 47,000 square feet and featuring the resort's restaurant, La Cascada Table & Bar and fitness center. There is even a stage for live musicians and a golf shop. The Clubhouse is styled in a modern, western motif by Nunzio DeSantis of Nunzio Marc DeSantis Architects in Dallas and highlights the resorts top-rated amenities.

The bar area of La Cascada is the perfect place to come relax at the 19th hole while enjoying a cocktail made with George Strait's own Código 1530 Tequila. There are plenty of TVs to catch up on any golf championships that might be happening.

The dining room of La Cascada Table & Bar features an exclusive dining area for members only on crowded days. Enjoy a delicious meal after being able to watch the chefs prepare it in the open-kitchen. And the wall of windows can easily open to bring the outside in on those cooler Texas nights.

The outside terrace area of La Cascada has a special stage built for the Singer-Songwriter Series the resort features with live music performing every Friday and Saturday. Spend a relaxing evening listening to the next big star while enjoying the rolling hills of the resort.
