Picking
a vacation destination is always a tough choice.
Frontier
Airlines is making it easier for a limited time by
offering a deal to fly to as many destinations as
possible.
Also,
the airline is adding 10 new flights out of Philadelphia.
The
inclusive deal is aptly named GoWild!
The All-You-Can-Fly
Summer Pass is now on sale for $399 for a limited time. The GoWild! Summer Pass
offers pass holders access to unlimited flights between Frontier's U.S. and
international destinations from May 1 through September 30.
"For only $399, GoWild! Summer pass holders can
unlock a summer of endless travel possibilities at an unbeatable value,"
said James Fenner, vice president of pricing and revenue management at Frontier
Airlines. "Thousands of GoWild! pass holders are enjoying spontaneous,
affordable travel to destinations across the continental U.S., Puerto Rico, the
Caribbean and Latin America," Fenner continued. "The GoWild! Summer
Pass is a great fit and gift for anyone with flexibility in their travel plans,
including students and new graduates, teachers, families, retirees, and remote
workers.”
Further, GoWild! bookings can be confirmed the day before
flight departure for domestic travel and 10 days before flight departure for
international travel. For each flight, pass holders pay $0.01 in airfare plus
applicable taxes, fees and charges at the time of booking. Passholders can now
also plan ahead and book select flights early in advance of the standard
booking window for travel during the period in which their pass is valid. An
early booking charge may apply. Seats available to pass holders are capacity-controlled,
limited in quantity, and offered on a first-come, first-served basis while
supplies last.
It certainly will be easier to catch a flight out of
Philadelphia, that's for sure.
Frontier is adding 10 new
nonstop destinations out of
Philadelphia International Airport.
Frontier will now fly from the city of Brotherly Love
to Pittsburgh (PIT), Minneapolis (MSP), Knoxville (TYS),
Portland, Maine (PWM), Milwaukee (MKE), Detroit (DTW), Chicago O’Hare (ORD),
Indianapolis (IND), Columbus (CMH), St. Louis (STL), Kansas City (MCI) and
Pensacola (PNS).
“From the Midwest to the East Coast and from Maine to
Florida, these new routes span much of the country and represent our continued
commitment to growth from PHL,” Frontier Airlines CEO Barry Biffle said in a
news release. “In fact, PHL will see the second largest increase in daily
departures on Frontier this summer among our major operational bases.”
Frontier will now have 44 daily departures from
Philadelphia.
“We’re thrilled to make this announcement today with
Frontier Airlines as it expands its summer flights out,"
CEO of the Department of Aviation Atif Saeed said in a statement. "The
expansion shows that our post-pandemic recovery continues, and these
ultra-low-cost fares will expand market reach and help make travel possible for
many more travelers – both Philadelphians who want to explore new destinations
and visitors who want to come and experience the great restaurants, amenities
and events that Philadelphia has to offer."
To celebrate, Frontier is offering fares as low as
$19 on some flights out of Philadelphia.
