One-stop flights from the United States to Europe are about to get more seamless—and affordable—thanks to a new partnership between Southwest Airlines and Condor.
The U.S. budget carrier is teaming up with the German airline to connect their schedules with same-ticket journeys at six U.S. airports starting in January 2026.
Condor is based in Frankfurt and has a route network that expands to 70 destinations across some of Europe’s most popular cities, as well as to locales in Africa, Asia, and the Americas.
The partnership will connect passengers in the U.S. to new transatlantic flight options at key airports both airlines serve in Boston, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Portland, San Francisco, and Seattle. When it officially kicks off January 19, 2026, the agreement will see Condor providing flights from the six U.S. hubs to Frankfurt and beyond, while Southwest will connect passengers arriving to the six airports with onward domestic U.S. flights.
"Adding Condor to our portfolio of partners brings transatlantic journeys between dozens of airports in the U.S. and exciting and aspirational places Condor serves," said Andrew Watterson, Southwest Airlines chief operating officer.
"In Las Vegas alone, we can connect international travelers with the power of our network, offering them more than 270 departures a day and nonstop flights to more than 70 cities," Watterson continued. "Our airline partnerships showcase the warmth of our People, our operational reliability, and the increasing choice in travel experiences that Southwest now can offer to potential Customers around the world."
The agreement marks Southwest’s fifth partnership with an international carrier. Earlier in 2025, the carrier announced similar partnerships with Taiwanese carrier Eva Air, as well as China Airlines, Philippine Airlines, and Icelandair.
