Southwest Airlines' new in-house vacation package product, Getaways by Southwest, is slashing prices on winter ski and snowboarding packages this November.
Travelers looking to conveniently bundle flights, hotels and rental cars with the low-cost carrier can save up to $250 on select five-night ski vacations for two when they book at Southwest.com/Getaways.
According to Southwest, every Getaways package includes two free checked bags per traveler—including skis and snowboards—for savings of up to $200 per person roundtrip.
Additionally, travelers will earn five Rapid Rewards points per dollar on eligible Getaways by Southwest bookings and can select a standard seat at no additional charge after booking.
Popular ski vacation gateway destinations available to Southwest customers include Portland, Oregon; Salt Lake City; Reno/Lake Tahoe and Denver.
The latest sale comes at a key moment for the rapidly-transforming airline as it prepares to introduce a revamped loyalty program and roll out more premium offerings such as airport lounges in 2027.
