WHY IT RATES: The new communications tools allow travel managers to easily opt-in to co-branded messaging sent to travelers directly from Delta.—Mia Taylor, TravelPulse Senior Writer.
Delta Global Sales has launched a new suite of communications tools that give corporate travelers greater awareness about the benefits they receive due to their company’s Corporate Sales Agreement with Delta.
Corporate travelers who have access to complimentary Preferred Seating, Zone 1 Priority Boarding or digital vouchers will now receive messaging directly from Delta about these benefits via the Fly Delta app and delta.com.
Delta also launched a new Communications Cockpit tool on the Delta Professional Corporate Travel site. Through this tool, corporate travel managers can now easily opt-in to co-branded messaging sent directly to corporate travelers by Delta.
These tools are currently available for corporate travelers whose companies have a U.S.-based Corporate Sales Agreement with Delta.
“We want to make sure all of our corporate travelers fully understand the value their company’s corporate relationship with Delta brings to their travel journey,” said Kristen Shovlin, vice president of sales operations and development. “These new, customizable messages put the power of information directly in the hands of corporate travel managers, as well as corporate travelers themselves.”
Corporate travel managers who would like more information on direct Corporate Traveler messaging or how to opt-in to co-branded messaging opportunities should visit https://pro.delta.com/content/corporate/us/en/home.html.
