River cruise line AmaWaterways is offering a new selection of themed cruises called Celebration of Wellness River Cruises, providing more opportunities for travelers to focus on their physical and mental wellbeing.
The new cruises will begin this summer, with two summer sailings: the Melodies of the Danube sailing on August 2 and the Paris & Normandy sailing on August 9. Special experiences include a long walk along D-Day beaches and extended bike excursions.
The Celebration of Wellness River Cruises will offer more active experiences, with extended hiking and biking tours, guided runs and at least six daily host-led wellness classes ranging from Champagne Yoga to circuit training, dance, core strengthening and more. A curated menu will supplement the activities, with a morning juice bar and healthier meal options.

Additionally, onboard Wellness Talks and two Wellness Hosts will offer more ways to get engaged with physical and mental health.
