Aurora Expeditions Is Waiving the Single Supplement on Select Summer Voyages

Aurora Expeditions is offering special savings for solo travelers hoping to visit Greenland, Svalbard, Iceland and other destinations this summer.

From now through June 30—or whenever the voyages sell out—solo travelers can enjoy no single supplements on select 2024 departures.

Solo travelers make up roughly 30 percent of Aurora Expeditions’ customer base.

“Expedition cruising is such a fantastic choice for solo travelers,” says David Tanguay, Aurora Expeditions’ global head of sales. “Our smaller passenger numbers and relaxed approach create an intimate and friendly environment, where passengers’ interactions with the wild natural places we visit become a shared experience. We have had many solo travelers make lifelong friendships on our voyages and return for subsequent adventures with us.”

The deal applies to an array of upcoming cruises onboard the Greg Mortimer and the Sylvia Earle:

• Jewels of the Arctic: June 23-July 7 or July 7-21 from Longyearbyen, Norway, to Reykjavik, Iceland.
• Greenland Odyssey: July 6-22 from Reykjavik, Iceland, to Toronto, Canada.
• Northwest Passage: July 20-August 5 from Calgary to Toronto, Canada.
• Northwest Passage: August 3-19 from Toronto to Calgary, Canada.
• Traversing the Northwest Passage: August 17-September 15 from Toronto, Canada, to Anchorage, Alaska.
