Travel Advisors will have ample opportunity to get to know Carnival Cruise Line in 2019.
The company is planning its most ambitious product-education program, offering more than 150 ship tours across 24 ships and nine Seminars at Sea, so travel advisors can see firsthand the results of the line's $2 billion Fleet Enhancement Program and become familiar with all that Carnival has to offer.
"When travel advisors come onboard, experience our product and see the investment we've put into our ships, it gets them excited to sell our brand and also helps them understand which clients are right for Carnival," said Adolfo Perez, Carnival's senior vice president of sales and trade marketing.
"With the recent refurbishments and 'ship shuffle,' offering 150 tours across the fleet and nine familiarization cruises enables us to expose an incredible number of travel advisors to different ships, which will help them increase their Carnival bookings."
Ship tours are hosted by Carnival business development managers and give agents a chance to see public spaces and staterooms. Seminars at Sea are an immersive way to attend training sessions and experience all Carnival has to offer onboard at the same time. Travel advisors sailing on a Seminar at Sea also receive special casino, shore excursion, and spa benefits.
Ship tours are free and include lunch onboard. Seminars at Sea are available with special pricing for travel advisors.
Registration for tours and the Seminars at Sea are available at GoCCL.com and through Carnival business development managers.
