Explora Journeys is offering a limited-time deal on its Mediterranean and Caribbean journeys.
Guests who book between now and July 8 can get up to $1,070 (€1,000) in onboard credits per suite aboard Explora I and Explora II. The promo is in addition to Explora Journeys’ Unique Escapes and Penthouse Dream offers, which include free upgrades, reduced deposits and fare discounts.
In addition, this week the cruise lin eunveiled Anthology, a new Italian-inspired fine-dining restaurant on Explora I. Created by Franck Garanger, Explora Journeys’ head of culinary, the new concept highlights regional ingredients and flavors with its multi-course tasting menu.
“Anthology is more than just a restaurant; it's a voyage through Italy’s gastronomic landscape,” says Garanger. “For me, Italian cuisine is about respecting the people, the ingredients and the traditions that have been passed down through generations. It's about sharing the soul of Italy, one dish at a time. This will be a culinary reflection of the rich tapestry of the sights, scents and flavors of Italian cuisine, which I am deeply passionate about.”
