Both
Margaritaville at Sea ships, 1,680-passenger Paradise and 2,114-passenger
Islander, earned perfect scores of 100 on their most recent inspections by the
U.S. Public Health Service, part of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s
Vessel Sanitation Program.
The unannounced
inspections evaluate hundreds of public health standards, including food
safety, potable water systems, sanitation controls and illness prevention. A perfect
score reflects full compliance across all areas reviewed.
For Margaritaville
at Sea, the perfect scores “reflect the operating standards and accountability
systems the company continues to strengthen across its organization,” according
to company officials.
“These
inspections are a rigorous test of consistency and execution,” said Anthony
Stice, senior vice president of hotel operations for Margaritaville at
Sea. “Our guests expect a relaxed and seamless experience. That only happens
when our teams deliver at a high level behind the scenes every day. Achieving
perfect scores on both ships is a strong validation of the culture and
operational discipline we are building.”
For travel
advisors and trade partners, the achievement reinforces confidence in the
company’s health and operational standards as the brand continues to evolve.
The perfect scores
come as Margaritaville at Sea prepares for continued growth, including the
addition of 3,450-passenger Beachcomber in January 2027.
