Ponant Releases Roster of New Winter 2024-2025 Luxury Small-Ship Itineraries

Ponant, the acclaimed small-ship luxury cruise line, has revealed an enticing set of six new itineraries included among the 40 voyages it’s set to sail during the 2024-2025 winter season. Catering to diverse interests, these voyages promise unforgettable experiences, from island-hopping in Southeast Asia to the exploration of Guinea-Bissau's Bissagos archipelago. Ahead lies a sneak peek of these new departures.

Polynesia Expedition

Embark on a brand-new, 14-night expedition cruise encompassing French Polynesia’s Society Islands, the Tuamotus and the Marquesas. Immerse yourself in the region's natural treasures and ancient history with Zodiac outings and diverse adventures, including diving, horseback riding and hiking. Explore the UNESCO-listed Fakarava Biosphere Reserve and witness the world's second-largest lagoon.

Dates: October 8 – 22, 2024

Rates: Starting at $11,900 per person 

Islands, Cities, and Volcanoes of Indonesia

Experience the rich cultural tapestry of Indonesia, the world's largest archipelagic state, known for its ancient temples, modern cities, majestic volcanoes, historic towns and idyllic islands. on this 14-night journey from Bali to Singapore, guests will visit such UNESCO World Heritage Sites as Borobudur, Ujung Kulon National Park and the historic city of Malacca, as well as witness the majesty of Mount Bromo on a special excursion to the volcano.

Curious Islands from the Seychelles to Madagascar

Embark on a 10-night sailing aboard Le Dumont-d’Urville, exploring the Seychelles and Madagascar. Discover iconic sights like Seychelles' Anse Source d’Argent beach and other lesser-known gems. One of these is a brand-new port of call, Madagascar’s Diego Suarez, which is known for its deserted beaches, well-preserved coral reefs and idyllic marine parks teeming with vibrant underwater life.

Multicultural Discoveries from Malaysia to Thailand

Departing from spectacular Singapore, this eight-night itinerary will take guests on a unique journey through Southeast Asia. Mythical Sites & Islands of Southeast Asia

Embark on a 15-night sailing exploring the exotic coasts of Indonesia, Thailand and Malaysia. Behold stunning natural landmarks like the Mount Bromo volcano and the Langkawi Island, then contrast them with the urban metropolises of Malacca (a UNESCO World Heritage Site), Singapore and the cosmopolitan city of Semarang, where you can experience a unique blend of Chinese, Indo-Arabic and European influences.

Adventure in Bissagos

Embark on an eight-night journey aboard Le Lyrial to the Bissagos archipelago, which lies in the Atlantic off the coast of Guinea-Bissau and is protected as a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve. A group of roughly 88 islands and islets, it stands out as one of the planet’s best-preserved natural paradises. This voyage will provide guests the rare opportunity to travel right into the heart of 10 of the archipelago’s islands, where they’ll encounter traditional villages, engage with the Bissagos people, and partake in ancient ceremonies. They’ll also enjoy the once-in-a-lifetime experience of discovering the lush, biodiverse landscapes, which are home to vervet monkeys, turtles, dolphins and an array of other exotic creatures.
