Regent Seven Seas Cruises and the Aston Martin Aramco Formula One Team are joining forces to offer a new Mediterranean cruise next summer.
Pedro de la Rosa, a former Formula One driver, and Aston Martin Aramco engineers and executives will be onboard Seven Seas Splendor for the 10-night “Spotlight Voyage” sailing departing July 22, 2025. Representatives from Aston Martin will also be onboard to offer workshops on innovation and design.
The voyage is the latest phase of the exclusive partnership between the two brands, which kicked off in February.
Held in the middle of the 2025 season, the cruise will offer guests “an exclusive look into the fascinating inner workings of an iconic Formula 1 team,” says Jefferson Slack, managing director of commercial and marketing for the team.
On the ship, guests will be able to see a full-size replica of one of the team’s race cars and play around on an Aston Martin simulator. There will also be meet-and-greets and Q&A sessions with De La Rosa, plus themed dishes, cocktails, deck parties, documentary airings, gifts, co-branded merchandise and cooking classes.
Off the ship, travelers will have a chance to participate in unique driving and motor-racing experiences in Barcelona, Spain; Valencia, Spain; Ibiza, Spain; Palma de Mallorca, Spain; Provence (Marseille), France; Saint-Tropez, France; Monte Carlo, Monaco; Portofino, Italy and Tuscany (Livorno), Italy before disembarking in Rome (Civitavecchia), Italy.
Travelers who book the trip can also enjoy pre- and post-cruise motor-racing themed, multi-day land programs. Activities will range from exploring famous racetracks to viewing private car collections, as well as the opportunity to attend Aston Martin Aramco Race Weekend Experience in Hungary after the cruise.
