Windstar Cruises is making solo travel even better: The luxury small ship line is offering reduced single-occupancy rates for a limited time.
Solo travelers can enjoy rates that are equal to 120 percent or less double-occupancy fares, a discount from the typical 175 percent rate. The promo applies to select departures of cruises in the Mediterranean, French Polynesia, the Caribbean and more.
For example, solo travelers can save on Windstar’s “Dreams of Tahiti” itinerary, a 7-night sailing in December that includes stops in Bora Bora, Raiatea, Huahine and more. Other options include ocean crossings, winter Mediterranean voyages, Panama Canal trips and Greenland sailings, to name a few.
Windstar makes it easy to travel solo and even offers a special dinner onboard for solo guests to get to know each other.
“Like sailing on your own private yacht with just 148 to 342 guests, you’ll traverse picturesque shorelines, stopping at stunning intimate ports with boundless options to take an enriching shore excursion, a private tour or perhaps choose to spend the day relaxing on sunny teak decks while appreciating genuine, personalized service,” according to the company.
