Xplor parks received "High Vertical Recognition" as the most-visited adventure park with zip-lines in the world from Petzl, a leading safety equipment manufacturer.
"Xplor Park, in Cancun and the Mayan Riviera, reaches its ninth anniversary with the satisfaction of being the zip-line attraction with more visitors around the world, in addition to being certified by the industry for its high safety standards," said Armando Ruiz Villalobos, the park's director of operations.
Executives of Xplor and Xplor Fuego were invited by them to speak at the ACCT's International Fair for the first time. With adventure park professionals from Spain, Costa Rica, Puerto Rico, France, Canada, the United States and Mexico in attendance, Xplor's team of experts shared the operating, logistical, safety and training tips that help them welcome over 500,000 park visitors per year.
Though the average adventure park welcomes between 300 to 400 zip-liners a day, Xplor and Xplor Fuego manage over 2,000 daily, while maintaining the highest international safety standards and using the best equipment. In light of this, Xplor parks also received the ACCT's "Best Adventure Park in the World" certification and Alta Vertical's-a Petzl distributor in Mexico-"Best Adventure Park in Mexico" distinction in 2017.
"As if that were not enough," Armando Ruiz said, "we have been consistently classified by TripAdvisor as the number one option in the category of Amusement Parks in the Riviera Maya."
"[This] fills us with pride, as it reflects the high level of satisfaction that we generate among our visitors."
