Universal Orlando Resort will be offering performances by worldwide artists and performers Bebe Rexha, Zedd and The All-American Rejects during this year’s Universal Mardi Gras: International Flavors of Carnaval celebration.
The festival begins February 7 and ends April 4, 2026, offering a giant parade in true Carnaval style, over 40 new menu items and live music performances during select nights.

In addition to the exciting performances, visitors to Universal Studios Florida will enjoy dishes from twelve different countries and New Orleans, with Vienna-Style Port Schnitzel, Pinchos de Lechon, Beignets and more, available across the park.
