There is a solution for those who want their next vacation to feature relaxation as well as a study in drone filmmaking.
Now staying in Switzerland's St. Moritz is enough to entertain all manner of visitor, but sometimes that selfie stick video doesn't truly capture the lavish experience.
Enjoy St. Moritz, which is based in the luxurious Kulm Hotel St. Moritz, will offer a "drone movie-making workshop" to its guests.
Taking a drone out for a whirl is intriguing enough, but it seems the locales and tutelage make this an event worth your consideration.
Via a press release, $1,400 (per person) will get you "a double room, (which) includes half-board accommodation, (and) lunch on Piz Nair overlooking gorgeous views of the Engadine Valley."
But it also provides that one item to make your holiday video a near Hollywood production.
The package also comes with knowledge from Enjoy St. Moritz's CEO Filippo Giani. For the uninitiated, the company explains its purpose on its website: "We produce interactive and cross-media entertainment programs around St. Moritz and the Engadin. We merge classic TV with Web, Mobile and link it to social media."
And, according to the release, you will have your choice of breathtaking vistas. Drones and amateur video enthusiasts will get to work at the Chesa Al Parc portion of the resort as well as a "location of (your) choice."
