Jessica Cox is a black belt in Taekwondo, a scuba diver, pianist, and pilot, which is all rather remarkable considering she was born without arms.

Barcroft TV (h/t Digg) posted the following video to YouTube, reintroducing the world to Cox who is now a motivational speaker, regaling audiences with her incredible story of perseverance.

Just a few minutes long, you will get a deep appreciation for someone who has accomplished a tremendous amount with their life already, despite lacking appendages many would consider crucial to daily life.

Not having arms hasn't held Cox back, because she continues to motivate and inspire with her amazing story:

Cox explains that being active despite being armless was instilled in her at a young age: "As a young little girl, I was in just about everything,"

Cox continues, "At three, my mom had me in gymnastics. At six, I started tap dance lessons. Ten I started Taekwondo."

It's that last activity that would eventually lead to Cox becoming "the first armless black belt in the American Tae Kwon Do Association," via Barcroft TV.

But the record breaking wouldn't cease, because Cox, in 2008, was recognized by Guinness as the first licensed armless pilot in the world.

Cox has her own website, cleverly entitled Rightfooted, which delves deeper into her life and endeavors as a motivational speaker.

She also offers a bit more on becoming a pilot, a journey that mandated finding a plane that would enable such an undertaking: "Jessica's most famous accomplishment was learning how to fly. It took three states, four airplanes, two flight instructors and a discouraging year to find the right aircraft: a 1946 415C Ercoupe Airplane. She received the Guinness World Record for being the first person certified to fly an airplane with only their feet."

Cox explains that conquering goals, whether it be of the epic flying of a plane variety or just simply going about her daily life, is all about creativity.

Here is a video that touches on that sentiment:

For lack of a better word, Cox is just downright amazing.

She is truly an inspiration to all; regardless of how many appendages you might count on your body.
