Universal Orlando Announces Opening Date for New Ride at The Wizarding World of Harry Potter

After much anticipation, Universal Orlando Resort has revealed the name and opening date for the new adventure coming to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter this summer.
Hagrid’s Magical Creatures Motorbike Adventure is scheduled to open on June 13, 2019.
The attraction's most highly-themed coaster ride to date will thrill guests by plunging them into the path of some of the Wizarding World's rarest magical creatures, according to Universal Orlando Resort.
Additional details regarding Hagrid's Magical Creatures Motorbike Adventure will be revealed next month but fans can submit their name and email address to ensure they're among the first to know about what's to come.

The new ride is expected to replace the Dueling Dragons/Dragon Challenge roller coaster that operated at Islands of Adventure from 1999 to 2017.
Attractions Magazine detailed other rumors and leaked concept art for the ride.

Thursday's announcement comes nine months after The Wizarding World of Harry Potter at Universal Studios Hollywood revealed a handful of exciting upgrades for theme park visitors.
