Universal Orlando Resort unveiled new details for the all-new
“Monsters Unchained: The Frankenstein Experiment” attraction at Dark Universe, one
of the five worlds coming to Universal Epic Universe in 2025.
The Universal Monsters ride will feature 14 of the “most
ambitious and life-like animated figures ever created,” with each depicting one
of the legendary characters. The attraction starts with the 800-pound, nine-foot-tall
Frankenstein’s Monster, located within the queue of the ride.
Travelers will also encounter Dracula at various moments
throughout the Monsters Unchained experience, as well as finding The Wolf Man
while exploring the catacombs of Frankenstein Manor.
In addition, guests will witness the amphibious “Gill-man”
emerge from the inky depths of the Black Lagoon, ready to terrorize visitors.
The attraction will boast other unusual inhabitants, including
Dr. Victoria Frankenstein’s assistant Ygor, The Invisible Man, an eccentric
monster hunter, and a musician who regales guests with songs and tales.
Guests can also meet, greet and take photos with the legendary
Monsters and characters as they explore Dark Universe.
