Miral Experiences, Abu Dhabi has unveiled brand new water-filled
adventures for its expanded waterpark, Yas Waterworld Yas Island, Abu
Dhabi.
The new offerings include a “Lost City” theme, a continuation
of the park’s original story ‘The Legend of the Lost Pearl,’ along with 20 new
rides, slides, experiences and dining. With the expansion, Yas Waterworld will be
home to more than 60 attractions offering more aquatic adventures than ever
before.
A recent
global survey, “What Kids Really Want on a Dream Holiday,” conducted by the
Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi, revealed that 96 percent of
Indian children said they want to spend a day at a water park or enjoy water
sports during their holiday. The park’s expansion taps into a growing travel
trend among Indian families. With Yas Waterworld’s exciting new offerings, the
destination stands out as a perfect fit for Indian travelers seeking fun,
active, and culturally rich holiday experiences.

Family adventures include Al Mafras, a twisting, desert
slide for kids, Red Dunes, a twisting, closed aqua tube slide and Al Falaj
Race, a dueling tube raft race with high-speed drops and sharp turns. Al Sahel
Junior features the region’s first mini zero-gravity boomerang and Dawwama
Junior is a scaled-down version of the park’s iconic tornado slide.
Guests can also enjoy the twists and turns of Mataha Madness
and the swirling excitement of Sadaf Swirl. Bahamut’s Rage offers exhilarating
drops on a high-thrill log flume water ride and interactive family fun can be
enjoyed at Bandit’s Playground splash zone.
