This strategic initiative is designed to enhance the knowledge,
skills and expertise of its members no matter where they are in their travel
career journey.
The Certification Program features a group of Specialist
Certifications tailored to meet the diverse needs of travel professionals.
These certifications span various product verticals, destinations, and travel
niches, ensuring members can deepen
their expertise in areas most relevant to their business.
Key Specialist Certifications include:
- Cruise Certifications: Covering Iconic, Luxury,
River, and Expedition cruises.
- Insurance Specialist: Focusing on the critical
aspects of travel insurance.
- Luxury Specialist: Addressing the unique demands
and expectations of luxury travelers.
- Celebrations Specialist: Expertise in
destination weddings, honeymoons, anniversaries, milestone birthdays and more.
- Regional Certifications: In-depth knowledge of
destinations including Europe, Africa, the Mediterranean, Southeast Asia and
more.
Structured with tiered benefits, the Certification Program
caters to members at all levels of expertise from novice and expert to
certified. Benefits of certification include reduced rates and complimentary
access to Ensemble events including Horizons, the annual consortium-wide event
and Summit for owners and managers along with priority hosting for its
Ensemble-hosted cruises.

Earlier in 2024, Ensemble demonstrated its commitment to
excellence by partnering with The Travel Institute to introduce the Ensemble
Luxury Certification Program designed to equip members with the skills and
knowledge necessary to excel in the luxury travel market.
This certification enables members to distinguish themselves
as elite professionals in the industry by demonstrating a comprehensive
understanding of the luxury travel market, identifying current trends and types
of luxury travel products and catering to the needs of luxury travelers.
Strategies include how to locate and attract luxury clients,
how to craft a brand and marketing plan tailored to luxury specialization and
tools for developing compelling sales messages.
Later this month, Ensemble announced it will also launch a
Destination Honeymoon and Wedding Specialist program as part of the launch of
its newest member Circles community, Celebrations.
