The Borrego Ranch Resort & Spa (formerly La Casa del Zorro) is set to debut in November in Borrego Springs, Calif. The property, which is located in the heart of the Anza-Borrego desert, uses architecture reminiscent of the 1940s and will offer guest programs focused on healthy living and the active lifestyle. Located on 42 acres of secluded desertscape, the property offers 19 private casitas and 44 poolside rooms. The original building from 1937 retains its authentic, early Californian architectural elements, with high, wood-beam ceilings; plaster-covered stone walls; and a blend of white stucco and earth tones.
