Looking for a unique stay in the Riviera Maya? Occidental's all-inclusive Xcaret Destination property offers guests a resort that resides alongside the Xcaret Eco-Archaeological Park.
The resort features lush gardens, a private cove and a beautiful white-sand beach 45 minutes from Cancun and just 10 minutes from the charming seaside village of Playa del Carmen.
Unique to the property is that guests have the option to add in an exclusive Unlimited Xcaret Xperience package during their stay, giving guests the chance to explore the archaeological ruins of a Mayan village, scuba dive in ancient caves and underwater gardens, swim with dolphins, and observe jaguars, butterflies, tropical birds and other native species in their natural habitat.

Accommodations are spacious. The resort features 765 guestrooms and suites. Deluxe rooms offer garden views with either a king-size bed or two double beds, accommodating up to four guests, two adults and two children or three adults and one child.
Junior suites offer more space, up to 502 square feet, with enough room for two adults and two children with two double beds or one king-size beds.
Guests can upgrade their experience with the Grand Concierge program that provides exclusive concierge service, a fruit dish upon arrival, a bottle of wine and bathrobes and slippers.
The Grand Romance upgrade includes a bottle of wine, chocolate covered strawberries on arrival, in-room continental breakfast, a romantic dinner, bathrobes and slippers and a 25-minute relaxing massage per person.
Royal Level guests also have added amenities and personalized service. This resort-within-a-resort experience comes with priority check-in, a private lounge, an exclusive restaurant, a pool area, a sundeck with waiters and a concierge to handle restaurant and spa reservations.
Royal level has exclusive rooms, including the Royal Level Luxury room, Royal Level Romance Suite, Royal Level Suite and the Royal Level Master Suite.
