Hyatt Hotels Corporation celebrated the opening of the family-friendly all-inclusive resort, Dreams Estrella del Mar Mazatlán Golf & Spa Resort, on Friday, marking the first Hyatt hotel in Mazatlán, Sinaloa, Mexico.
The resort, which is part of Hyatt’s expanding Inclusive Collection, is located in the community of Estrella del Mar, less than six miles away from the nearest international airport, 20 minutes away from the city’s historic center. It offers 358 suites with locally made artwork and the brand’s signature Unlimited-Luxury offerings, such as a fully stocked mini bar, 24-hour room service and option connecting room or accessible room configurations.
Dreams Estrella del Mar Mazatlán Golf & Spa Resort offers four restaurants, five bars and lounges and add-on culinary experiences such as tequila tastings, a guided pairing dinner and more. It also boasts the only convention center in the city, with a capacity of 700 people.

The Dreams Resorts & Spas brand offers an upgraded Preferred Club platform that includes a different suite category with upgraded amenities, pillow menu and dedicated concierge service, along with its own Preferred Club Lounge.

While the resort is open for families, it also boasts a relaxing adults-only area for travelers without children or for parents with children to visit to get some time alone while their children enjoy the kids club offerings. The area offers a private pool and swim-up bar.
Family-friendly offerings include an on-site water park with a lazy river, daily programming for both adults and children, watersports, a kids club, teens club and spa and wellness center, complete with a Turkish hammam and fitness center.
Golf lovers will enjoy complimentary green fees at the nearby 18-hole Estrella del Mar Golf Course when they book a Preferred Club Premium Ocean Front suite or higher with a minimum four-night stay.
