Need a ride to the beach or dinner? Your butler can order a golf cart for you, which will take you right to the front of the beach or one of the 14 restaurants TRS Yucatan Hotel guests have preferential access to.
My amazing butler Marcos went above and beyond during my stay, coming through with a weird request I had. My Go Pro camera received water damage just before a dinner event, and after explaining what happened and why I would need a bowl of rice if he could find it, I left my camera with him and went off to dinner.
Upon returning to my villa, Marcos informed me it took him some time, but he managed to get a bowl of rice and submerged my camera in it. It was a long shot to fix the camera, and it ended up not working, as my camera turned out to be beyond repair, but it was a remarkable effort from Marcos to deliver exactly what I needed.
Guests can also use their smartphone to order that ride if they so desire. The use of technology throughout TRS Yucatan is quite impressive.
The bracelet given at check-in is the key to your room. The TV comes complete with numerous channels, movie options, Netflix hook up and the ability to order room service at any time.
Use your remote to simply select the menu option you want, like fresh fruit or an omelet for breakfast, or even sushi and lobster for a mid-afternoon snack, and your butler will be knocking on your door with your food before you know it.
It's all included as part of the Infinite Indulgence experience at TRS.
After all, this is a vacation. It's perfectly normal to indulge. So, order that late-night meal as you sip on the beer or the full-size premium liquor bottles included in your mini-bar. There's nothing wrong with indulging.
With the Dine Around program, TRS guests can eat and drink at all the restaurants and bars at Grand Palladium Riviera Maya Resort & Spa. This includes the 24-hour sports bar that has all the games on multiple TVs, so you won't miss any of your favorite teams play.
However, there are six restaurants exclusive to TRS guests only.
The highlight is without a doubt Chic Cabaret & Restaurant. It's currently the number 1 restaurant in Playa del Carmen. Who doesn't love dinner and a show? Especially when that dinner is a fantastic five-course meal.

Helios, the Ibiza inspired beachfront restaurant next to the infinity pool, is a fan favorite for many who stay at TRS Yucatan Hotel. Of course, you can dine inside as well but with such nice weather, the outdoor seating makes for a terrific setting.
There's also El Gaucho, the Argentinean steakhouse, Tentazione, the Italian restaurant, La Bohème, the French restaurant and Capricho, a restaurant that serves international cuisine.
