Marriott Bonvoy is teaming up with BetMGM to offer members exciting rewards opportunities when they link their accounts.
Through the collaboration, players in licensed states can now link their Marriott Bonvoy and BetMGM accounts and earn BetMGM Rewards points when they wager using the BetMGM sports betting app or play at its online casino.
Those BetMGM Rewards points can then be exchanged for Marriott Bonvoy points, with users securing up to 100,000 points annually to redeem a variety of experiences, including future free nights at Marriott Bonvoy's more than 30 hotel brands and 10,000 destinations around the world.
Marriott Bonvoy members and BetMGM users can link their accounts through the BetMGM website, mobile app or the BetMGM Rewards store by accessing "Account Details" within their profile and then following the prompts under "My Rewards."
Eligible members who link their accounts between March 18 and April 8, 2024, can enter for the opportunity to win the "Ultimate LA Getaway" sweepstakes, a special trip to Los Angeles curated by basketball superstar Blake Griffin. One lucky winner and up to three friends will receive roundtrip airfare, a three-night stay at the Santa Monica Proper Hotel and a loaded itinerary with stops at Griffin's favorite restaurants and box seats to a comedy show.
The prize also includes a one-on-one golf experience with Griffin.

Meanwhile, Marriott International's Executive Vice President and Chief Customer Officer, Peggy Roe, called it a "landmark collaboration."
"We are excited to welcome BetMGM members with more global access to more than 30 hotel brands, 10,000 locations and a growing portfolio of exclusive and curated member experiences including sports, music, art, and culinary events around the world," said Roe.
This week's news comes on the heels of the launch of the MGM Collection with Marriott Bonvoy, a new brand co-created by Marriott and MGM Resorts International.
