In case you haven't been keeping track, it's been 30 years since the film Dirty Dancing was released.
That's right, Patrick Swayze first pulled Jennifer Grey's "Baby" out of the proverbial corner way back in August 1987.
To mark the anniversary, Mountain Lake Lodge, the Blue Ridge Mountain resort where the classic movie was (mostly) filmed has planned a huge four-weekend celebration to help fans relive their favorite memories.
Among the scheduled events, a tour of "Baby's" cabin and the made-for-the-movies Kellerman resort. Of course, there will be a showing of the film on the Kellerman's lawn, and a dance party will be held in the iconic gazebo. Plenty of other dance events are also scheduled for each weekend, including a professional dance performance. Guests are encouraged to come dressed as their favorite film character.
There will also be plenty of Dirty Dancing merchandise in the gift shop, which has been designated an authorized retailer of Dirty Dancing branded items.
"We are so excited to celebrate the 30th anniversary of 'Dirty Dancing' with our guests who love the movie as much as we do," said Heidi Stone, general manager of Mountain Lake Lodge. "We could not be more proud to be a part of this beloved film's history, and we are looking forward to sharing with guests where Baby and the rest of Houseman family stayed, danced and loved in our beautiful resort."

The resort, which celebrates its Dirty Dancing heritage every summer, has recently added a number of upgrades and improvements, including the new Mary's Market & Café, serving snacks to guests on the go. If you need a break from the 80s-movie fun, the resort has also recently installed a Sky Slide, the tallest inflatable slide in the world.
Themed weekend packages include all meals, a resort walking tour and group dance lessons. Dirty Dancing weekends are scheduled for June 23-25, July 28-30, Aug. 25-27 and Sept. 15-17, but dedicated fans have already gobbled all bookings during the first three weekends, and the final dates are also expected to sell out soon.
