Forbes Travel Guide has added nearly two dozen new hotels to its coveted list of Five-Star properties for 2017.

In addition to the Four Seasons Resort Bali at Jimbaran Bay, Four Seasons Resort Bali at Sayan and The Villas at Ayana Resort, Bali, the Mandarin Oriental, Taipei, Marco Polo Ortigas Manila, The Ritz-Carlton Beijing, Financial Street, The Ritz-Carlton Macau and Sky Tower at Solaire Resort and Casino, Manila represent Asia as debut Five-Star properties in 2017.

A pair of Australian hotels debuted in Forbes' Five-Star category in the Crown Towers Melbourne and Sydney's The Darling, Pyrmont.
