Hyatt is celebrating the holiday season with massive Cyber savings this November.
Starting Tuesday, World of Hyatt members can take advantage of up to 25 percent off at more than 800 participating hotels across the U.S., Canada, the Caribbean, Latin America and elsewhere. Guests can book by December 9, 2024, for stays between November 21, 2024, and April 20, 2025.
Now through December 6, members can save up to 25 percent on stays at participating hotels in Europe, Africa and the Middle East and up to 20 percent on stays in the Asia Pacific region for stays through April 20, 2025.
The savings come on the heels of a survey of 1,000 Americans that found 85 percent of consumers would be excited to receive a trip or vacation as a gift this holiday season over physical gifts and subscription services.
This trend is most common among Gen Z consumers, Hyatt found.
"We know traveling can be a transformative experience, which is shown by how consumers are continuing to prioritize gifts of sentimental value this holiday season," Laurie Blair, vice president of global marketing at Hyatt, said in a statement.
"Everything we do is rooted in caring for our members and their loved ones, including extending timely savings and industry-differentiating, giftable award offerings—from free nights and suite upgrades to Guest of Honor awards," she added. "Our goal is to make it easier for travelers to immerse themselves in the here and now with unforgettable stays and enriching experiences."
Hyatt's survey also found that most travelers covet relaxation, culinary experiences and nature when they travel. What's more, nearly 60 percent of travelers want to explore and experience a new destination.
