To celebrate the newfound freedom presented by flexible work
arrangements, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is now offering the Wyndham Rewards Cubicle
Caddie at select golf courses this summer.
The Cubicle Caddie golf cart will help get avid golfers out
of the office this summer without missing the mandatory work meetings and
important emails. The vehicle features a retractable green screen, detachable
desk, 5G Wi-Fi hotspot, noise-canceling headphones, wrinkle-free blazer and
more.
The golf cart also has a built-in escape button that golfers
can trigger to let colleagues know it’s time to wrap the call. The Cubicle
Caddie is available at participating hotels and resorts, including Cheyenne
Mountain Resort, A Dolce by Wyndham (Colorado Springs, CO), Grandover Resort
& Spa, a Wyndham Grand Hotel (Greensboro, NC), Club Wyndham Orange Tree
Resort (Scottsdale, AZ), Club Wyndham Palm-Aire (Pompano Beach, FL) and Wyndham
Grand Rio Mar Puerto Rico Golf & Beach Resort (Rio Grande, PR).
“We know our members are spending less time in the office
and more time working from unconventional places and so, the Cubicle Caddie was
born,” Wyndham’s Dana Rosenberg said. “Golf is a much-needed escape for so many
and now, thanks to the Cubicle Caddie, our members can take advantage of that
escape without worrying about what to do should the office come calling.”
To enjoy the worry-free amenities, golfers must request the Cubicle
Caddie when booking a tee time and renting a golf cart, with the vehicle
costing nothing to Wyndham Rewards members.
“Best of all, at no extra cost to use, it’s just one more
way Wyndham is rewarding members this summer,” Rosenberg continued.
Wyndham debuted the Cubicle Caddie at a time when weekday
afternoon golf is on the rise, with a recent Stanford study showing a 278
percent increase in Wednesday afternoon play last year compared to 2019.
