New features include Wyndham Community, a new owner engagement platform that allows for day-to-day performance tracking, key metrics and other things, available on any device.
The new guest engagement platform, created in partnership with Canary Technologies, provides hotel owners with mobile-friendly tools built around Wyndham Hospitality AI messaging, smart mobile check-in, dynamic upsell and smart mobile checkout.
