The FBI's New York office has released a photo of Ahmad Khan Ramani in connection with the explosion that rocked New York City's Chelsea area on September 17.
According to the FBI, Rahami should be considered armed and dangerous and is described in the following way:
"Rahami is a 28-year-old United States citizen of Afghan descent born on January 23, 1988, in Afghanistan. His last known address was in Elizabeth, New Jersey. He is about 5' 6" tall and weighs approximately 200 pounds. Rahami has brown hair, brown eyes, and brown facial hair."
While no authorities have yet to officially connect the bombings, a homemade device was found and inadvertently detonated in Elizabeth this morning.
The FBI is requesting any assistance through their toll-free tipline at 1-800-CALL-FBI (1-800-225-5324), your local FBI office, or the nearest American Embassy or Consulate.

The New York Times has provided more information on Rahami that could assist travelers and locals in helping to identify Rahami, including his penchant for fast cars (especially modified Honda Civics) and that his family owned a restaurant, First American Fried Chicken, in the ground floor of their home on Elmora Avenue.
