OutsideAgents.com, America's premier host agency, is excited to announce the hiring of seasoned travel industry professional Lionel Garcia as Vice President, Sales & Agent Development. With over 22 years in the travel industry, Lionel joins OutsideAgents.com with a rich background of knowledge and a proven track record of success.
Garcia will focus on developing and growing the preferred supplier sales among members of OutsideAgents.com complemented by a strategic communication plan designed to ensure that agents effectively utilize all available tools and resources. Furthermore, he will be responsible for implementing initiatives to enhance training and education and optimizing technology for greater efficiency, all aimed at driving sales growth and improving agent satisfaction.
Most recently, Garcia served as the Director of Strategic Accounts at MSC Cruises USA, where he managed a portfolio of strategic accounts, predominantly top-level host agencies. Prior to MSC Cruises, Garcia held key positions at Azamara and Royal Caribbean International.
