Tauck has unveiled a new technology designed to help travel advisors sell more group river cruises.
Tauck is partnering with Approach Guides to create a new tool that allows travel advisors to add custom sales message, group pricing details and other information to their co-branded marketing pages.
The two companies already work together to offer pre-built, co-branded marketing pages that travel advisors can share with clients. The newest initiative is focused on boosting group sales, which can be highly lucrative for travel advisors.
“We’re seeing unprecedented demand for groups travel, especially for our river cruises,” says Steve Spivak, vice president of global sales and reservations for Tauck. “Our new technology is poised to revolutionize how our valued travel advisor partners sell this hot category, allowing them to be far more efficient, deliver an elevated class of service to their clients, and earn more.”
The new tool is available now to advisors selling groups on Tauck river cruises and will be rolled out more broadly over the next few months. To start with a custom marketing page, travel advisors must enter their email addresses. Advisors should reach out to their Tauck group sales executive for an invitation.
Tauck—which will celebrate its 100th anniversary next year—will host a training webinar for the new group sales technology on July 24 at 3 p.m. ET.
