North American tour operator Collette
has announced that travelers who were booked on departures to Israel through
the first half of 2024 will be refunded in full.
In addition, any travel
advisor who booked travelers during this period will keep all advanced
commissions paid from those bookings.
With the safety and flexibility of its travelers at the
forefront, Collette made the careful decision to cancel all tour departures to
Israel through June 30, 2024. The price paid for the tour, flights, and
insurance will be refunded to any traveler at the time of cancellation who was
booked on a tour that fell within this timeframe.
“Collette always prioritizes the safety and time of its
travelers, which is why we have made the early decision to cancel all
departures to Israel through June 30, 2024,” said Jeff Roy, Executive Vice
President at Collette.
He adds, “We understand that by making this decision now, it
allows our travelers and advisors to begin planning alternative travel
arrangements for 2024.”
As the longest-running tour operator in North America in
business since 1918, Collette offers over 170 tours to all seven continents and
five distinct travel styles, including small group touring and river cruises.
