Collette launched a new Travel Advisor Reward Program to encourage travel advisors to explore the world the way their clients do.
Advisors who have an active IATA membership can join the rewards program, which offers reduced land tour rates beginning at 50 percent. The more clients they book within a single year, the bigger savings the advisors will enjoy on their own travel with Collette.
If they book over 40 travelers on Collette trips within a year, they’ll also be able to redeem a free trip for themselves.
They’ll also enjoy reduced rates for their companions, beginning at 25 percent.
Those who book 0 to 8 clients with Collette each year will receive 50 percent off a land trip up to $2,000, with 25 percent off their companion up to $1,000. Those who book over 50 travelers a year will enjoy a free trip up to $5,000 with 50 percent off their companion, up to $2,500.
All tier levels include a 10 percent air discount for both the travel advisor and their companion.
The savings cannot be combined with other promotions or used within a group departure. Earning periods begin January 1 and end December 31. Travel advisors will be able to travel the year they earned the bonus, as well as one year after.
"Our advisors are such a big part of what we do each and every day," said Jaclyn Leibl-Cote, president and chief customer experience officer at Collette. "We want to give them the opportunity to get out and explore the world, just like their travelers do. By offering this reward program, we not only allow them to do that, but also encourage them to share the gift of travel with more travelers."
