Tauck Launches New Travel Agent Web Portal

Tauck aunched a new travel agent web portal called Agent Connect that gives agents the power to log into the Tauck booking system and work directly with their own bookings. The new portal gives 24/7 access to a range of online tools for travel agents.

Agent Connect gives access to booking records and client and trip information, such as flight data, passport information and emergency contact info. It enables agents to update their booking records and their own account information. Agent Connect can be accessed via Tauck's website.

Tauck intends to add additional features in the months ahead.
