Wisconsin knows how to throw epic summer music festivals, and this year’s lineup is one of the best ever. The biggest bash each season is Summerfest, which will finish its three-weekend run on July 6-7. Headlining acts at the amphitheater include AJR, Maroon 5 and Lil Uzi Vert while dozens of excellent artists will perform on multiple other stages. Rock Fest, the country’s largest rock and camping event, rocks out on July 18-20 with Shinedown, Jelly Roll, Thirty Seconds to Mars and more. Last but not least, Country fans won't want to miss Country Thunder (July 18-21) in Twin Lakes with shows by Lainey Wilson, Nickelback, Lainey Wilson and many more.

Summer in Wyoming means one thing: Cheyenne Frontier Days (July 19-28). Dubbed the "Daddy of 'em all," this legendary event will celebrate its 128th anniversary while bringing world-class rodeo action, cultural showcases, carnival thrills and even a Chuckwagon Cook-off together with A-list music artists. This year's performers include Jelly Roll, Jason Aldean, Machine Gun Kelly, Ludacris, Thomas Rhett and T-Pain. Elsewhere, Lander hosts the International Climbers' Festival (July 11-14), drawing rock climbers from across the globe while in Riverton, the 44th Annual Rendezvous Balloon Rally (July 19-21) will fill the Western skies with colorful hot air balloons.
