Avanti Destinations expanded its Panama offerings for travel
advisors with a new destination, two new customizable vacations, 10 new hotels
and 19 new tours and experiences.
The wholesale FIT tour operator teamed with Visit Panama to
offer three helpful tools for advisors: a new 32-page shareable e-brochure,
microsite
and webinar
scheduled for October 26 at 2 p.m. ET/ 10 a.m. PT.
Avanti’s Panamanian offerings include four customizable
recommended vacations, 42 three-, four- and five-star hotels and resorts, and
109 tours and experiences, including the latest additions.
As part of the Panama travel educational campaign, advisors
can earn a $25 gift card for each FIT booking made by December 31, for a
minimum of three nights in Panama with a minimum land value of $2,500.
“Panama is easily accessible for U.S. travelers with
convenient air connections and stopover programs,” Avanti CEO Paul Barry said. “While
Spanish is the official language, most Panamanians speak English, and the U.S.
dollar is the main currency.”
“Most of the 19 new tours and experiences are private,” Barry
continued. “These are not skim-the-surface sightseeing, they are true
encounters with the local culture and natural environment.”
The new Panama offerings include two customizable
independent vacations—Panama Short and Sweet and Authentic Panama—and a new
destination, the province of Veraguas, which is home to two national parks.
The two new recommended vacations may be modified to include
additional nights, experiences, transfers and other destinations, as all Avanti
trips are entirely customizable.
Travel advisors looking to take advantage of the Panamanian opportunities
must log onto the recently revamped advisor portal to book the company’s custom-crafted,
multi-destination FIT travel.
