Quark Expeditions launched a new Partner Portal for travel advisors, in addition to a new AI resource specifically for advisors to get answers fast.
Parker the Polar Bear is the first travel advisor resource of its kind, providing support and information for travel advisors in real time.
"Our new AI-enabled virtual assistant leverages secure, cutting-edge language models trained by our own technology team using extensive in-house knowledge repositories," said Rajesh Thiagarajan, Director of Digital Products with Quark Expeditions' global development team. "Parker, together with the full suite of digital resources on the Partner Portal, will reduce time demands for advisors through fast and accurate answers to every polar client's questions."
The Partner Portal also includes customizable promotional and marketing material, the latest news from Quark Expeditions and the expedition operator’s PolarPRO training platform.
